To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • The wrong item or size

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

All exchanges are subject to product availability. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

5. No Restocking Fees

  • Mondour does not charge any restocking fees.
  • You will not incur any additional charges for returning an eligible item.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Maximum refund time: up to 7 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Discounts & Promotions

  • Refunds will not be issued for discounts or promo codes that were not applied at checkout.
  • All discounts must be applied during purchase and cannot be added afterward.
